Casey is a firm believer of “put your money where your mouth is” and he and his partner purchase the same types of properties in the same areas as the properties Casey sources for his clients. In just under three years, Casey and his partner have purchased seven properties and built granny flat on one of their existing properties. Casey’s approach is to only present properties to clients that he would consider purchasing for his own portfolio, which really highlights the personal care and attention Casey provides to each client and the level of research and due diligence that goes into every property presentation.
Prior to starting Taylored Property Wealth, Casey worked through various roles in finance and customer service which has helped develop the all-round knowledge he uses to ensure his clients get the best outcome. Casey’s passion for all things property shines through in his extensive knowledge, as he believes that you can never know it all, and this is evident through his commitment to continuous education around every aspect of property investing.
Casey believes that anyone can build a property portfolio with the right support, mentorship and coaching and the willingness to learn, grow and be coachable.
