Jess focuses on sourcing high-quality properties and conducting our in-depth, industry-leading due diligence process to match clients with the right opportunities. Ella enhances our digital presence, supports daily operations, and ensures clients are guided confidently through every step of the journey.

Casey specialises in lead generation and marketing, providing hands-on support to clients throughout the entire process.

He builds strong business-to-business relationships, handles property negotiations, works closely with agents, and sources off-market opportunities.

He works closely with the team to ensure personalised service and that the business stays on track to achieve its property investment goals.

As Operations Manager, Cassie ensures Taylored Property Wealth runs smoothly by optimising processes, streamlining workflows, and driving efficiency across the team.

Her strategic mindset helps refine internal systems, enhance client experiences, and keep the business agile and effective. Dedicated and detail-oriented, Cassie plays a key role in ensuring both the team and clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Maria is the friendly force behind the scenes at Taylored Property Wealth, keeping the business organised, efficient, and running smoothly day to day. As our remote Administration Officer, she supports the team across a wide range of admin and operational tasks — helping ensure nothing gets missed and everything stays on track.

Maria works closely with Casey (Founder), Hailey (Acquisitions Officer), and Kareelah (Buyers Associate), providing reliable support that allows the team to stay focused on what matters most: delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Hailey is the driving force behind property sourcing at Taylored Property Wealth. As our Acquisitions Officer, she is constantly on the ground identifying high-quality opportunities for our clients — including accessing off-market properties through strong industry relationships and a proactive approach to sourcing.

Hailey plays a key role in completing our industry-leading due diligence process, ensuring every property meets the Taylored Property Wealth benchmark before it’s ever presented to a client. Working closely with Casey (Founder), she helps clients secure the right property with confidence, clarity, and a strategy-first approach.

Kareelah plays a key role in supporting both our clients and the wider team at Taylored Property Wealth. Working closely with Casey (Founder), she assists with lead generation and discovery calls, helping ensure every client begins their journey with clarity, confidence, and the right strategy.

As our Buyer’s Associate, Kareelah is also heavily involved in client services, ensuring each transaction runs smoothly from the moment a property goes under contract right through to settlement. With a strong focus on communication, organisation, and client care, she helps deliver the seamless, high-touch experience Taylored Property Wealth is known for.

Kareelah is currently building her skills and industry knowledge as she progresses toward stepping into a Buyer’s Agent role.

Ella manages social media across all platforms, driving performance, engagement, and expanding TPW’s online presence.

Behind the scenes, she supports operational administration, liaises with business partners to guide clients through settlement and beyond, and assists with policy and automation improvements.

She also handles videography and video editing, provides executive support and assists in handling discovery calls and qualifying prospects.
